Unfortunately due to some unanticipated events we have decided to cease processing new orders. We will continue to handle product fulfillment for reships and product support for at least three months following this announcement.

We recommend you choose a new homebrewer to order from which resides in the same locality as you to reduce wait times and risk of product loss. The domestic options recommended on the HRT Cafe home page are good choices as they all have third party testing and follow community best practices.

Reships, Replacements, customs

Orders that have been taken by customs qualify for a single free reship. Use psuedonames at your own risk, packages returned because of “addressee unknown” do not qualify.

ORDERS INCLUDING (AND ESPECIALLY) INTERNATIONALS MUST USE YOUR LEGAL NAME.
We CANNOT reship in the case of not using your LEGAL name.

If something isn’t right about your order, such as a defective product, we’ll send you a new one free of charge provided there is photo evidence of the problem. To make a successful claim of a missing product in a package, you must record video of opening the package.

Tracking information requests

If you have paid, but did not receive a processing email within 3 hours of payment please reach out at via the webform at the bottom of this page.

We now automatically send out tracking within 1 week of order shipment. Please be patient, send us support inquiries only if you think the order got lost.

Returns

Due to the nature of our product, in cases other than customs we cannot offer refunds or returns of any kind.

Please do NOT send the package back to the address on the box, it is an invalid address and will lead to the package being thrown out. We will NOT accept packages back under any circumstances.
