Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally to the UK, Canada, and Australia as well as domestically in the US.

If you’re in Europe, I can recommend either astrovials or voix celesete.

Yes! With some exceptions. We cannot ship to Columbia, Panama, Mexico, Cuba and most of Central America, Ireland, Russia, Ukraine, North Korea (looking at you Kim Jong Un)

We can *attempt* Mexico if you absolutely cannot get it from anyone else, but you have to email and we will not cover a reship. Chances of seizure are ~50%, and most packages there are heavily delayed.

commonly people ask about EU countries, We can indeed ship to (most) EU countries and the UK!

Higher seizure risk countries do include Sweden and Norway however. Additionally, those two countries often ask for commercial invoices as well, we cannot provide you with these. We suggest trying to create an invoice yourself.

Reships, customs

Orders that have been taken by customs qualify for a single free reship. Use psuedonames at your own risk, packages returned because of “addressee unknown” do not qualify.

ORDERS INCLUDING (AND ESPECIALLY) INTERNATIONALS MUST USE YOUR LEGAL NAME.
We CANNOT reship in the case of not using your LEGAL name.

Tracking information requests

Please note that providing tracking is not the norm when it comes to the grey market, we choose to do so as a service for those who are in desperate need to ensure their own safety. Please do not repeatedly email every day, you won’t receive a response any faster by doing so.

US DOMESTIC: Please sign up for informed delivery via USPS https://www.usps.com/manage/informed-delivery.htm before reaching out to us, this is the fastest and easiest way to track your package without having to reach out to us.

If you absolutely can not sign up for informed delivery, or are an international order, please wait 3-4 days and email us at [email protected] with the order # and name on the delivery. Emailing directly after you order will result in additional delays, as we don’t have tracking immediately.

Shipping schedules

Orders are shipped out once to three a week. Please wait a few days before requesting tracking.

For our own safety, we choose to stagger shipments. Please note that we are not amazon, everything is done manually and it can take us a few days to ship out when demand is high.

Returns

Due to the nature of our product, in cases other than customs we cannot offer refunds or returns of any kind.

Please do NOT send the package back to the address on the box, it is an invalid address and will lead to the package being thrown out. We will NOT accept packages back under any circumstances.

STORE SCHEDULE/HOURS

Store breaks are always announced far ahead of time, and stock is set to 0. If you order right before a break, it will be shipped out with no delay.

can be made to the support channel at the bottom of this page. Please specify the exact COA you want and we’ll do our best to get back to you within 48 hours.

Dosing recs?

Are given for certain products in the description, especially for products that are not typical pharma preparations.

For injectables we choose not to do so because of the wide effective dose range, the amount of info on the subject, and the differences in regimens. Homebrewers often get criticism for dosing information and best regimens. We invite users to compare sources. One in particular we like

Mind that while recommendations are a great place to start, bloodwork should always be done after changing or starting your HRT regimen. It’s also good to get done 1-2 times per year even if it doesn’t change.

Is it safe?

Not as safe nor as consistent as pharmaceutical preparations. If possible, those should always be your first option.
