Orders that have been taken by customs qualify for a single free reship. Use psuedonames at your own risk, packages returned because of “addressee unknown” do not qualify.

ORDERS INCLUDING (AND ESPECIALLY) INTERNATIONALS MUST USE YOUR LEGAL NAME. We CANNOT reship in the case of not using your LEGAL name.

If something isn’t right about your order, such as a defective product, we’ll send you a new one free of charge provided there is photo evidence of the problem. To make a successful claim of a missing product in a package, you must record video of opening the package.
